About the Company
Led by Joe Burns alongside his wife, Vanessa, the company brings a personal, relationship-driven approach to building new custom homes across St. Petersburg and the Tampa Bay area. Joe is a third-generation Florida contractor with more than 15 years of building experience, now leading Custom Coastal Construction under his own license, CBC1268255.
We build a limited number of homes each year, so every client gets the builder, not a handoff.
